Hi, I'm Denise

For more than 13 years, I've helped New York State families navigate homeschooling with greater confidence and less stress.

I have teaching degrees in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, and English, along with personal homeschooling experience. That combination has given me an understanding of homeschooling from both sides—as an educator and as someone who understands what it's like to actually homeschool a child.

Over the years, I've helped families choose curriculum, understand New York State homeschooling requirements, create IHIPs and quarterly reports, navigate annual assessments, and work through the many questions that come up along the way.

My goal is to make that process easier. I provide practical, personalized guidance based on your family's needs rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you're brand new to homeschooling or you've been doing it for years, I want you to feel informed, prepared, and confident about the decisions you're making for your child. Most importantly, I believe the paperwork should support your homeschool—not take it over.
