Parents remain responsible for their child's homeschool program and educational decisions. My services provide guidance and assistance with homeschooling requirements, curriculum, and paperwork, but parents are responsible for overseeing their child's education and progress.

Parents are responsible for maintaining required homeschool records and submitting required documents to their school district. When I prepare an IHIP or quarterly report, the parent reviews the completed document and submits it to the appropriate school district.

I make every effort to provide accurate and current information about New York State homeschooling requirements. However, regulations, policies, and school district procedures may change. Families should verify current requirements with the New York State Education Department or their local school district when necessary.

Payment & Refund Policy

Consultations & Individual Services

Homeschooling Made Easy Package

Payment is required before consultation services are provided or custom homeschool documents are prepared. Completed consultations and custom documents, including IHIPs and quarterly reports, are non-refundable once the service has been provided or the document has been prepared.

Because this package includes services provided throughout the school year, refund requests will be considered individually based on the services that have already been completed. Any refund, if applicable, will reflect the portion of the package that has not yet been provided.
